The customer ordered a simple pill case pendant in platinum.

There are a variety of ready-made oval pill cases, but this time, we wanted to add sparkling textured Japanese engraving.

We decided to make the body from scratch accordingly.

Locket pendants generally open from left to right, but in this case, the hinge is set at the bottom so that it opens vertically.

This way, even if the medicine is opened while hanging from the neck, the medicine inside will not fall out and stay inside the lid.

It opens with a snap and closes with a pleasant clunk.

On the surface of polished platinum, Japanese engraving is done in a gradation from the outside to the inside.

We call this engraving “stardust” or “diamond dust”.

It is so delicate and beautiful that I am amazed every time I see it.
