K18 Yellow Gold Garnet Ring Bespoke
This was a request to remodel a square garnet ring.
Garnet is a relatively strong stone compared to emeralds and other fragile stones.
This stone has a wide surface and a very beautiful color, so we proposed a unique stone setting so that the stone would look attractive.
If you look at the ring from the side, you can see that the stone is set only by the wide claws on the left and right.
The metal underneath the stone is cut to fit the shape of the curette so that the stone does not slip.
The overall design is as simple as possible to match the cool atmosphere of the stone.
The sides of the ring and the diagonally cut parts of the outer edges are mirror-finished. The smooth matte finish on the top of the chaton and the wide outer surface gives a nice accent.
Larger stones, such as this ring, are often brought in for bespoke.
These jewelry are often thought of as classic, but depending on the design, they can be reborn into something modern enough.
Jewelry given to someone or inherited has a feeling that money can never buy.
I think it is important to transform the shape so that it can be worn at any time in order to inherit the feelings of people.
