Sterling Silver Amethyst Pendant Bespoke

We repurposed a cabochon-cut amethyst—originally set in a ring belonging to the customer—into a versatile pendant.
It features a simple design that is particularly popular among our custom-made creations.

While the gemstone was originally set vertically on the ring, we intentionally chose to set it horizontally for the redesign.
Although oval cabochon stones are relatively often set vertically, a horizontal orientation creates a more contemporary look.

It is precisely in simple designs that the precision of craftsmanship truly shines.
Because the piece is crafted from a sheet of silver—rather than created using a mold-based casting technique—it can be tailored to fit the stone’s shape with exceptional accuracy.
Details that might go unnoticed at first glance—such as the thickness of the metal, the visual balance between the metal and the stone, and the placement of the chain—become crucial elements in simple jewelry.

The silver surface features a delicate matte finish.
It is a texture that creates a clean, streamlined impression, reminiscent of product design.
