From Shinjuku Station, take the Odakyu Line to Chitose-Funabashi Station. You must take the Semi-express or local train.
OR
Take the Chiyoda Line to Yoyogi-Uehara Station.Transfer to the Odakyu Line local train, and take it to Chitose-Funabashi Station.
