We are holding a jewelry exhibition by artist Maho Takada again this year.

Maho Takada has been working as a jewelry designer for MENTOSEN, while also pursuing her career as an artist. So, you can enjoy a wide range of works, from artistic pieces to jewelry for daily use. All pieces are personally crafted and brought to life one by one by the artist herself. We look forward to your visit.

Among the new arrivals, the most eye-catching piece is a ring inspired by the spring mechanism of a clothespin.
Maho notes that when industrial products are shaped for human utility, their extreme focus on functionality often births fascinating forms. In the past, she has created pieces inspired by instruments and everyday devices, such as components of musical instruments or earphones.

Furthermore, drawing from her experience as a designer for MENTOSEN, her unique strength lies in her ability to move seamlessly between design and art. Along with her artistic creations, she will present jewelry that is easy to wear daily, yet still highly distinctive of an artist’s vision.
