June 14th (Thursday) to 19th (Tuesday) Ms. Asagi Maeda‘s creations will be on display and also available for sale at SHINKO STUDIO’s store.　

In light of that, we will be having a talk with the creator, Contemporary Jewelry Artist, Asagi Maeda, about unknown episodes in the course of production. Ms. Asagi is currently active in Japan, the U.S., and Europe. Having studied in the U.S., her works are stored in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, and each of her creations is the product of her imagination and gentle attention. Of course, you can wear her creations, speak directly with Ms. Asagi, and also purchase them.

What is contemporary jewelry, and jewelry as an art?

Please feel a little of the essence of art, and enjoy the time of connecting with a “creator” on Thursday night.

Capacity: 12 people *in order of application and payment

Participation fee: advanced purchase 800 yen, same-day purchase 1,000 yen (comes with one drink), application for advanced purchase closes on June 12th (Tuesday)
