We accept cancellation only in case where you contact us to the following address by email within 6 hours after making an order for mistake in making an order. As we do not accept cancellation after 6 hours, please understand it.

Returns and Exchanges<\/h3>\r\n

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.The most of our jewelry are made to order one by one. Our creators carefully create it.\u00a0Please understand we do not\u00a0 accept customer requests for returns and exchanges .<\/p>\r\n

However, we will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered). All items will be exchanged. Please contact us within seven days<\/span>\u00a0from the date of delivery and send the product by Email. Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns if you contact us after 7 days. Please check the product immediately upon arrival.<\/p>\r\n
