How our online service works<\/h3>\r\n

The ‘Shop’ section of the shinkostudio.com website (collectively, \u201cSite\u201d) is the online ordering, shopping and information service of Shinko Studio Co., Ltd. (collectively, \u201cShinko Studio\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

You may place your order online at any time of the day you wish.<\/p>\r\n

Terms of supply<\/h3>\r\n

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from shinkostudio.com. Please read them carefully. We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions and changes.<\/p>\r\n

Registration<\/h3>\r\n

You can register as a user with shinkostudio.com to benefit from faster repeat ordering from our site, as well as regular updates on special promotions from Shinko Studio and on shinkostudio.com. It is also possible to order without registering if you prefer.<\/p>\r\n

How to order<\/h3>\r\n

Find your favorite products using the search functionality or browse the selection through product categories and navigation. Add product into the shopping Cart by clicking add to Cart button.<\/p>\r\n

Click the Cart button to see the contents of your cart and to edit, add or delete the products. Clicking the Proceed to Checkout button takes you to the order confirmation page for final order review and payment.<\/p>\r\n

Review your order to make sure all the needed items are included. On the review page you can still change the quantity of products if needed. Also check that the total of your purchases is correct.<\/p>\r\n

Prices and Payment<\/h3>\r\n

The prices for any goods will be as quoted on our Site. Prices are subject to change. These prices do not include sales tax, where applicable. Delivery costs are not included. You can choose either of these two convenient payment options: Major credit cards (We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) or PayPal.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Import duties, taxes, customs broker fees and charges<\/h3>\r\n

For international buyers<\/strong>
\r\nImport duties, taxes, customs broker fees and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
\r\nThese charges are the buyer\u2019s responsibility. Please check with your country\u2019s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

We accept cancellation only in case where you contact us to the following address by email within 6 hours after making an order for mistake in making an order. As we do not accept cancellation after 6 hours, please understand it.

Returns and Exchanges<\/h4>\r\n

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. <\/strong>However, we will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include incorrect sizing from what was ordered). All items will be exchanged. Please contact us within seven days from the date of delivery and send the product within fourteen days.We do not offer refunds or returns. Please check the product immediately upon arrival.<\/p>\r\n
