The client wanted to make a pendant using the diamond that had been set in a ring.
\r\nDiamond pendants have a smaller metal surface area than rings, so they tend to have a more conservative design.
\r\nThis time, we decided to combine two plates to allow for greater enjoyment of the metal texture.<\/p>\r\n

The metal surface in the foreground of this photo has a textured matte finish, like fabric, while the opposite surface has been polished to a smooth mirror finish to create contrast.<\/p>\r\n

This is what it looks like from the side.
\r\nYou can see that it is made up of two curved plates joined together.
\r\nThe pendant bail (where the chain passes through) is also hidden on the back of the pendant, giving it a cleaner impression when viewed from the front.<\/p>\r\n
