The request was to create a pinky ring using diamond earrings with crown settings.
\r\nI aimed for a design that would be easy to wear daily yet remain playful enough to avoid becoming tiresome.<\/p>\r\n

The surface where the diamond is set resembles the letter \u201cD\u201d facing backwards.
\r\nA soft, feather-like texture is applied only to the flat surface created on the outer circumference of the ring, accentuating the contrast with the mirror-finished surfaces elsewhere.<\/p>\r\n

The diamond is set on a slightly angled surface rather than perfectly vertical.
\r\nWhen you actually wear it, you’ll notice that every movement of your hand creates different reflections in every direction. Even as a pinky ring, this piece has a real presence.<\/p>\r\n

At first glance, these might seem like trivial differences. But when you actually wear the finished piece, these small variations can create a significant shift in impression.
\r\nPrecisely because we live in a world overflowing with things, we want to cherish these little details that connect with each individual who wears them.
\r\nThis project has renewed our commitment to that very sentiment.<\/p>\r\n
