The client\u00a0asked us to create one ring using jewelry that belonged to a family member who had passed away.
\r\nThis two-tone custom ring was made using her ring for the diamond and K18 base metal material, and their wedding rings were melted down for the platinum base metal.<\/p>\r\n

\"Pt900,<\/p>\r\n

The overall form of the ring is a wide flat band ring of gold with a diagonal band of platinum connecting the diamonds in between.
\r\nThe outside of the ring is given a matte texture to contrast with the brilliance of the diamonds.<\/p>\r\n

\"Pt900,<\/p>\r\n

The inside of the ring is made as smooth as possible so that it can be worn every day.
\r\nEven wide rings should be rounded on the inside so that they can be worn without pressure.<\/p>\r\n

\"Pt900,<\/p>\r\n

It is a simple, yet special ring to be worn every day in memory of the deceased.
\r\nCustom order jewelry is completed through a process of listening to each customer’s story and taking the time to carefully craft the piece.
\r\nIt is a much more time-consuming process than purchasing a finished product that has already been made, but sometimes taking the time is a good thing.<\/p>\r\n
